Before-sales services 

We provide our customers with detailed information, including information about the Company, product instructions, delivery and settlement process and market statistics; find out the requirements for their construction project and invite them to visit our plants; help customer produce custom signs for product promotion. If necessary, the Company will provide our customer with product samples to help them make the best choice.

Services during a sale

The Company has a professional sales service teams comprising sales, shipping and product quality technical staff, which provide the following services at the time when purchase and use the cement and commodity clinker:

1. Provide technical consultation and on-site technical guidance.
2. Provide customers with worry-free services starting from order placing till the goods are ready for delivery from factory.
3. Deliver the goods according to schedule set by the customer, track the entire delivery process and handle any problems during the delivery process.

After-sales services

Our service does not end with the sale. We treat our clients with sincerity and honesty, thereby maintaining good customer relationship. The Company will provide cement warranty as well as sales invoice promptly; provide product technical information our customer need; follow up on the use of cement to understand their views on the Company’s products, delivery and services, and promptly answer their questions to their satisfaction to gain your recognition; make our best efforts to improve efficiency and bring more benefits to them.
