The Company strives to become a leading integrated cement producer in China, in terms of market share and operating efficiency, in order to maximise shareholder value. To achieve this, the Company plans to focus on executing the following strategies:



 Strengthen the Company’s position in its key regional markets through capacity expansion, and leverage its leadership in those regional markets to penetrate new markets.

 Increase sales and marketing activities, and consolidate the Company’s distribution network.

 Improve operational efficiency in the Company’s production process, transportation and logistic network.

 To meet different customers’ needs, continue to upgrade the Company’s product quality through constant improvement in production process.
