Chengdu Ya Li Ready-mixed  Concrete Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) was established by Asia Cement Corporation and Ya Dong Holding Co., Ltd., both of which are subsidiaries of Far Eastern Group in Taiwan. The Company is situated on 68 Anpeng Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province, with a site area of 32.79 mu and a total investment amount of US$4.1 million. A 2 m3 /minute concrete mixer was completed in Pengzhou station on 1 May 2005, with a production rate of 120 m3/hour, and an annual commercial concrete capacity of 300,000 m3. A 3 m3 /minute concrete mixer was completed in Guankou station on 1 March 2010, with a production rate of 180 m3/hour, and an annual commercial concrete capacity of 450,000 m3. The Company currently has a 47m truck-mounted boom pump, a trailer pump, a diesel concrete pump, a truck-mounted electric pump, and 29 mixer trucks.
