Product introduction

The Company’s products include Portland cement clinker, general purpose Portland cement with different strengths, moderate and low heat Portland cement, slag powder, limestone powder, ash powder, and ready-mix concrete etc.

Different types of cement:

They are made by grinding Portland cement clinker with an appropriate amount of premium mixture (slag, fly-ash, limestone etc.) and an appropriate amount of gypsum.

Characteristics and applications of different types of cement

Portland cement
P·Ⅱ
Ordinary Portland cement
P•O

52.5R
52.5
Fast setting and early strength, durability, workability, cold resistance, impermeability, corrosion resistance and adaptability to admixtures

Commonly used in construction of industrial and civil construction and civil engineering and can be formulated to produce concrete with different strengths and high performance concrete and prestressed high strength concrete or components (such as concrete pipe) of concrete products etc.

GB 175-2007《General Purpose Portland Cement》
Ordinary Portland cement
P·O
42.5R
42.5
Good early strength, durability, workability, cold resistance, impermeability, corrosion resistance and adaptability to admixtures
Portland slag cement
P·S·A

P·S·B
42.5
32.5
Good late stage strength, lower heat of hydration, heat resistance, durability, workability, impermeability, extremely high  corrosion resistance, high adaptability to admixtures Low heat of hydration, can be used in large scale concrete construction (e.g. dam); extremely high corrosion resistance, can be used in rivers and hydraulic construction and marine construction; heat resistance, can be used in buildings with high-heat workshop (such as steel rolling, heat treatment, casting, chimneys)
Composite Portland cement
P·C
32.5R
32.5
Moderate strength, lower heat of hydration,  workability, heat resistance, good water retention, adhesion and moderate cold resistance

Use for general industrial and civil construction, building mortar, can also be used for masonry, stone tiles and porcelain tiles etc.

Moderate heat Portland cement
P·MH
42.5 High late stage strength, low alkali content, very low heat of hydration, durability, workability, impermeability, corrosion resistance and good water retention, and good adaptability to admixtures Suitable for large scale concrete construction e.g. hydroelectric dams, culverts, underwater and underground engineering; impermeable concrete, high performance concrete, especially good for projects which have stringent requirements for heat of hydration of cement. GB 200-2003《Medium/ Low heat Portland Cement, Low heat Portland slag cement》
Low heat Portland cement
P·LH
42.5 High late stage strength, low in alkali content, very low heat of hydration, durability, workability,  impermeability, corrosion resistance, good water retention, and good adaptability to admixtures
